Taking advantage of the mold making and plastic molding technology we have cultivated over many years, we manufacture key parts for familiar everyday products like vehicle wire harnesses essential for power supply and signal transmission in automobiles and mold bases for making camera and smartphone parts.

Our main plant is situated at the foot of Mt. Asama, surrounded by bountiful nature. Our environmental policy is to strive for plant operations that are friendly to both humans and the environment while taking care of the wonderful site of our plant. We are working on promoting energy savings, reducing industrial waste, beautification of the surrounding area and other such environmental efforts.
Our Products
We have developed a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008, the international standard for quality assurance, and are implementing it rigorously. Each of our employees goes about their work constantly mindful of the fact that being negligent with a single part could give rise to a life-threatening product defect.
We review our quality targets as necessary, engaging in quality control according to customer requirements and market needs that change with the times. Moreover, even if the part is an internal one, we deliver it with confidence as a product with not a single scratch. Our Technology
We emphasize the gathering of accurate data in the machine processing stage in order to ensure precise machining. Based on the expertise we have cultivated, we prepare estimated shape data and utilize the latest IT to offer high-precision machining in a short time period. Our mold bases allow for industry-leading high-precision machining within an error of 5/1,000mm, and the use of guide pins helps eliminate mold shifting. This prevents breakage and wear of mold parts, ultimately leading to cost savings. We use 6-axis grinding machine, so the mold does not get caught no matter what direction it is inserted in, and we have received praise for reducing the hassle of adjustment. Our production system runs 24/7 to handle short delivery times.
