ICAM got its start manufacturing and selling mold bases in 1987. Our precision machining set us apart, and we have grown thanks to the loyal support of our customers. It has been our employees’ single-minded efforts on the job and the passion we have poured into our pursuits that have enabled us to overcome various challenges of the times and engage in manufacturing.
　My focus has been on increasing our soft power to attract customers rather than on the hard power to force things. We will continue to focus on customer satisfaction and work on thorough quality control and cost reduction as we manufacture good products using good methods.

Quick Detection of Environmental Changes

Even in the midst of adversity such as the collapse of the IT bubble and the economic downturn precipitated by the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, we have quickly detected and predicted changes in the environment to stay prepared and have grown to become a company that is needed. In particular, entering the automotive industry at the time the IT bubble collapsed was an opportunity for us to take a significant leap forward. We hope to continue expanding our business not only in Japan but with customers all over the world. To make that possible, we will satisfy the quality requirements of our customers and develop a world-class quality control system. We will also enhance our development capabilities and present proposals for optimal production methods to manufacturers as necessary as we work together with them in our aim to become a globally competitive company.
It would seem that technological advances have decreased opportunities to meet face to face, but we will build relationships of trust by meeting with and talking to our customers in person. Moreover, no company can grow without working to make their employees happy. We will engage in thorough internal communication and pour effort into developing an environment that brings people together in pursuit of common goals.
